Orthopantomogram (OPG), also known as OPG X-ray is a panoramic view of the lower face. It displays bone structures and all the teeth on both jaws on one image, including those that have not surfaced or erupted yet, such as wisdom teeth.
It also offers a view of the jawbone and the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which connects the jaw to the rest of the skull.
Our device meets all safety criteria using short blast of low-level radiation to create high quality images.
Along with panoramic images, we also offer occlusal and retroalveolar radiograms.
Dental cone beam computed tomography is a special type of x-ray machine used in situations where regular 2D x-rays are not sufficient. This type of CT scanner uses modern technology to generate three dimensional (3D) images of dental structures, nerve paths, impacted teeth and bone structure in the craniofacial region in a single scan.
Images obtained with cone beam CT allow or more precise treatment planning.
